Key Idea: Marriage mirrors a greater reality, that of the unconditional love and faithfulness of God toward us
Key Verse: Proverbs 5:21 – For your ways are in full view of the Lord, and he examines all your paths.
Application: Meditate on Psalm 143. How has God’s faithfulness changed your life? In what ways is God calling you to be more faithful in the power of the Holy Spirit?
September 12 – Proverbs 5:1-14 // Paul Gazdik
Key Idea: Sex is a God given gift to be enjoyed. Apart from God it becomes a destructive master.
Key Verse: “But in the end she is bitter as gall, sharp as a double-edged sword.” ~Proverbs 5:4
Action:
1. Have an honest conversation with Jesus about your sexuality.
- Thank him for creating you the way he did.
- Ask him for forgiveness and healing.
- Pray for wisdom and strength to walk in purity

September 5 – Wisdom’s Return on Investment // Proverbs 4 – Tim Bax
Key Idea: Invest in Wisdom and Never Sell that Stock.
Key Verse: “Wisdom is supreme therefore get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.” ~ Proverbs 4:7
Application Point: Invest in wisdom by trusting in Jesus for your salvation; Invest in wisdom by test-driving Jesus at his Word; Invest in wisdom by turning into the counsel of the Holy Spirit.
