Registration – 4pm – Walk Begins – 5pm
Click the “register” icon at the top of the page, then scroll down to the “join a team” icon.
Follow the prompts to create a personal account and page that you can email to family and friends for fundraising purposes. There are links to print out personalized fundraising forms. You can enter funds raised in person on your webpage so you have an accurate tally. All participants must print and fill out a waiver! This should be brought, along with the final tally of your funds and any money collected in person to the walk!
A note about fundraising:
If you choose not to fundraise, there is $25 registration fee. Registration fee increases to $40 effective Monday, February 19th.
If you choose to fundraise this fee is waived. However, adults are asked to raise a minimum of $150, and youth (17 and under) are asked to raise a minimum of $75. Those under 12 are not required to register/raise funds.
All cheques should be made payable to Coldest Night of the Year, with Nighlight Kingston listed in the memo section of the cheque.
February 24, 2018. Walk begins and ends at Bethel Church, downtown Kingston. Registration begins at 4pm. Walk begins at 5pm. You may choose to walk 2km, 5km or 10km. There will be hot drinks and food upon completion, and a Coldest Night of the Year toque to all participants.
